Temporary Placement Permits (TPPs) issued after Hurricane Ian will expire TODAY, September 23, 2025.

The Town Council has created a pathway for extensions in certain hardship situations. Applications must be submitted by TODAY, September 23, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.

After the deadline, properties with expired permits and no application will receive a Notice of Violation, with potential hearings, fines, and additional penalties.
