Masks or other face coverings remain mandatory for anyone who lives in, works on, or visits the Town of Fort Myers Beach, from an emergency declaration due to COVID-19 that was passed by Town Council on July 1, 2020.
Masks must be worn in public when social distancing of at least six feet cannot be maintained for those who are six years old and up. This applies to anyone in public - residents, visitors and workers in all businesses.
