Bringing the public’s perspective to the decision-making process,
the CAC’s 24 members make recommendations to the MPO board about project
priorities for state and federal funding in FDOT’s five year work program,
proposed long-range transportation plans, project plans, program plans, and
other transportation issues. The CAC meets the first Thursday of every
month at 3:00 PM at the MPO offices in Cape Coral, FL. Interested persons shall submit an application
to the Town Council in care of the Town Clerk.
The MPO board will hold the final approval of the Town’s appointment.
