On May 12, 2025, Granicus, the Town’s previous Short-Term Rental (STR) software, sent an automated letter stating properties were not registered with the system and action needed to be taken. This letter was sent in error.

If you received this letter, please disregard; however, all STR properties on the Island should ensure they are registered with the Town. To register your property, please visit Rentalscape: RentalScape Customer Portal
