Audit Committee


Responsibilities

The purpose of the Audit Committee is to serve in an advisory capacity to the Town Council in the selection of an auditor to conduct the Town’s annual financial audit and for other purposes as directed by Town Council.

Meetings

The Audit Committee usually meets the second Monday of the month at 9:00 AM in Council Chambers at Town Hall.
