NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), F.S., notice is hereby given of an Executive Session to be held on Thursday August 6, 2020 at 9:00 AM in Council Chambers, Town Hall, 2525 Estero Boulevard, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
This Executive Session is not open to the Public.
The Executive Session is set for the Council to discuss settlement negotiations or strategy in the following case:
Christine Patton vs. Town of Fort Myers Beach, Florida; Case No. 20-CA-004453;
and to take such action as they deem necessary in accordance with Florida law. A verbatim record of the Executive Session will be made part of the public record upon conclusion of the litigation. In addition, a certified court reporter designated by Veritext, will be present and who shall record the executive session. Present at this session will be John Herin, Jr., Attorney for the Town of Fort Myers Beach; Roger Hernstadt, Town Manager; Raymond P. Murphy, Mayor; Rexann Hosafros, Vice Mayor; Dan Allers, Council Member; James Atterholt, Council Member; and Bill Veach, Council Member.
