Town staff is continuing to monitor and clean the beach
daily. We also start cleaning Estero Bay this week as well. The Town
is utilizing staff and contractor resources to work diligently to clean the
beach and bay in an environmentally safe manner.
Due to the current beach issues, the Town is waiving the
entrance fees to the Bay Oaks Swimming Pool effective immediately, in order to
offer our residents and visitors a place to relax and swim. The Town’s beach
access will be signed appropriately. This pool fee waiver
will continue until further notice or until beach conditions improve.
