Today, December 9, 2024, the Town of Fort Myers Beach purchased the 7-Eleven property located at 6221 Estero Blvd. 

The Town would like to thank the State for their continued support throughout our recovery from Hurricane Ian, which made this purchase possible. We would also like to recognize the hard work of our Town Council, as well as their support and vision for this project. 

We look forward to continued progress as we move forward with plans to demolish the existing building, add drainage to alleviate flooding in this area, and create a parking lot for our new Town Hall. 

The Town Hall complex is one step closer to reality, and we anticipate moving into our new location in early 2025!
