Pickle Ball

Pickle Ball is held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 10:30 am -1:30 pm.  Fee: $6 Non-Member  $2 Member 


Fitness Room

The fitness room features a Smith machine, numerous individual strength machines and a variety of free weight dumbbells and weight bars. The fitness room is topped off with a 50” TV. 
The separate Cardio Room features 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and 1 stationary bike.
In addition to the fitness rooms, members can participate in drop-in basketball, drop-in volleyball, drop-in pickleball, senior softball, and bocce ball. Members also receive a discounted rate on our many different fitness classes offered throughout the week.

Yoga Flow

This class is designed for beginners to advanced yogis and all those in between. This Vinyasa style class will work on increasing flexibility and joint range of motion through breath and movement. 

When: Tuesdays at 7:00 pm

Fee: $15 Member

Morning Yoga  

All level Vinyasa style flow yoga. Connect your breath with movement in this fun, easy going class. This class is taught at a basic level with the option to challenge yourself. Mats are provided if needed.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am

  Spin Cycle Fitness 

Get an excellent cardio and leg strengthening workout in just 45 minutes! Modifiable for beginners to advanced Spinners. Bikes are provided, just bring a sweat towel, water and the desire to sweat and have fun! Each class is limited to 12 riders. First come first serve.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 9:00 am                       (In the Senior Room) 

 Fee:  $10 Members

Body Sculpt

A great full body workout set to music that Incorporates both body-weight movements and light dumbbells to improve strength and fitness.Exercises are modifiable so participants can work at the level best suited to them. Whether you are new to strength training, or looking to increase the intensity for a good burn, there is something for everyone.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am 

Fee: $10 Members

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga exercises and postures are suitable for anyone who wants to improve their health and well-being. In Chair Yoga, we will focus on feet, legs, and hips; hands, arms and shoulders; as well as spinal mobility and core body strength; all coordinated to purposeful breathing and Meditation.

When:  Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:30 am

SHAPE Shift

 Cardio Interval (Monday and Wednesday)

Short burst intervals of traditional aerobics, weighted muscle sculpting, and cardio stepping. Streamlined. Effective. Fun!

    Dance Party (Friday)

Move and Groove to Top 40 Tunes. Good Vibrations.
