Building Code Effectiveness Grading Schedule The Town was graded with an excellent score of 4 for 1 and 2 family residential and a score of 4 for commercial and industrial property. With a range of 1-10, where 1 is the best and 10 is the worst, a score of 4 in each category is an indication that the building department does a very good job of maintaining up-to-date building codes and enforcing said codes. Procedures and Requirements
***Note: For all swimming pool, spa, and hot tub permit applications, the Design Professional must provide a letter indicating that he will be providing a site specific Raised Sealed Letter for each permit application, which identifies the required pump make and model, pump curve, pipe lengths, flow rate x GPM, and life x years for required drain / grate cover, address, or permit number.
