The Fort Myers Beach Comprehensive Plan is available on-line. This electronic version contains all graphics in the plan, and it includes the recent revisions made by Ordinances 00-15, 01-07, 02-07, 03-13, 04-10 and 04-13. Individual elements of this plan can be printed out on your printer. Separate files are available for each element; some are quite large and you will need to be patient while the files are downloading. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to access these files; it is available free by clicking on the yellow "GET ACROBAT READER" button (located below) and you can download the free viewer directly from Adobe.

The Comprehensive Plan became effective on January 1, 1999. Those interested in the entire plan can purchase a printed copy with the land-use maps for $80.00 from the Town of Fort Myers Beach. A printed copy is also available for review at the reference desk of the Fort Myers Beach Public Library.
