Pursuant to Chapter 95-494, Laws of Florida, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Fort Myers Beach.  The special meeting will be held at 5:30 PM on November 6, 2006 at Town Hall –Council Chambers, located at 2523 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

 

The purpose of the meeting is for the Council to call an Executive Session in the matter of Shenko vs. Werner et al. and to take such action they deem necessary and proper in accordance with the terms of the Town Charter.  A verbatim record of the Executive Session will be made part of the public record upon conclusion of the litigation. In addition to a court reporter, Dennis Boback, Mayor, Donald Massucco, Vice Mayor, Garr Reynolds, Councilman, Charles Meador, Jr., Councilman, Bill Shenko, Councilman, Anne Dalton, Town Attorney, and David Sallee, Town Manager, will be in attendance.
