Beach Water

   

Effective October 1, 2007, Lee County Commissioners adopted Resolution 07-08-70, which approved a rate increase that Lee County Utilities customers pay for wastewater service.  All property owners on Fort Myers Beach are serviced by Beach Water for their water service.  Wastewater costs are based on the quantity of water used each month and are billed on a monthly basis with the water service bill.

 

Effective October 1, 2007, the cost of sewer service is currently $4.59 per 1,000 gallons of water used.  A monthly service charge is added as follows:

In addition each residential service account is charged a $4.05 administrative fee.  Wastewater charges are capped at 9,000 per month per residential service unit.
