Dear LPA members:

Attached are the following for the LPA agenda packet of September 17, 2009:

1. A draft LPA Resolution for adoption of the amended Policies and Procedures Manual; and 2. A draft revision of the Policies and Procedures Manual, containing revisions outlined in blue highlighting for ex parte disclosures, public notice of hearings, and small scrivener's type corrections. Outline in yellow highlighting is the current "gift" law reference. I think it covers the LPA direction at the last meeting so I have not modified it. If the LPA members wish further modification, I will be happy to oblige.

Note to Lois: Please put this into the LPA packet in the above order, and include this email as well. Thank you.
