Street performer permit process open
Anyone interested in performing outdoors around the Town of Fort Myers Beach for the upcoming season needs to have an approved permit from the Town.
To be considered for one of the 12 allowed street performer spots, a completed application is required along with:
- Signed background check form
- $75 background check fee
- $75 application fee
- Proof of liability insurance
Code enforcement staff conduct interviews and ensure that the performer understands Ordinance 19-06.
